Payment requests and scheduled reminders with tracking on the payment apps you already use — Venmo, Cash App, PayPal — at a 0% platform fee. On For Teams and For Programs they can go out by text; on Starter they arrive by push notification in the free Reply1 app. Cards and bank transfers through Reply1 Payments at a flat published rate are coming soon.
The Problem
You created a Venmo, set up a spreadsheet, and started texting parents individually. Two weeks later you're still sending "friendly reminders" to the same 8 families. Some pay cash at practice — now you're tracking who paid what and where. End-of-season reconciliation turns into detective work across Venmo, Zelle, cash envelopes, and promises.
The Solution
Create a fee in Reply1, attach it to a team, and hit send. Every parent gets a personal payment link — by text, push, or email on For Teams and For Programs, or by push notification in the free Reply1 app on Starter, with email for anyone push can't reach. The link opens a payment page for your program's own Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal with the amount already filled in — Reply1 adds a 0% platform fee and never touches the money. Parents tap "I sent it," you confirm with one tap, and the dashboard shows who has paid. Reminders you schedule ahead of the due date go only to parents who haven't paid. Coming soon: Reply1 Payments, so families can also pay by card or bank transfer at a flat published rate — 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH.
