Everything a League Office Actually Does
Generate a season schedule, take registrations with waivers and fees, keep every roster, let every team report its own scores and stats, publish standings, stats and your league's history, assign and evaluate officials, track fees and season costs, and keep incident reports where they belong. League messages go by email, push and the in-app bell — and by text with the at-cost texting add-on.
Schedule generation
Build a season schedule from a saved configuration — round-robin or pool play — review it, then publish. The publish confirmation tells you exactly who gets notified before anything sends.
Double-entry scores
Every team reports its own result — from its games page, the Reply1 team app or a one-tap link in the after-game email. Matching reports settle themselves and never reach you; only genuine mismatches land in an admin queue. Overriding a score requires a written reason that stays on the record.
Standings
Computed server-side with per-sport tiebreak rules and division tables. What your league office sees is the same table the public site publishes — there is no second copy to keep in sync.
Statistics
Season leaders plus full player tables, built from per-game stat sheets entered by the league office or by each team's coaches — counted right away, or held for the league's check first.
League history
Champions by year, including the seasons before Reply1, plus single-season, career and team records worked out from your stat sheets, each club's seasons, and a page for every player — on your public site's History tab.
Officials
An officials roster with game assignments and evaluations. Averages appear only once an official has three rated games, and confidential comments are restricted to officials managers.
Brackets and playoffs
Build a postseason bracket off the season you already ran, so seeding follows the standings the league actually played to.
Member teams
Manage member clubs and their affiliations, import teams in bulk, and track joins and removals by status instead of by email thread.
Rosters and players
Every team's roster, season after season, and a players directory across them: spreadsheet imports with a row-by-row preview, merges for duplicate records, and club managers who keep their own roster in their portal.
Registration
Player, free agent and team registration forms on your public site, with your own questions, a waiver signed as people register, fees with early-bird prices and discount codes, limits with a waitlist, and your review before anyone joins a roster.
League fees
Collect league fees on your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle at a 0% platform fee, with a due → claimed → paid or waived lifecycle. The money moves between you and the club; it never touches Reply1. Card and bank payments through Reply1 Payments are coming soon.
Season finances
Track season costs with officials and venue spend calculated from your rates against the real schedule, plus a year-end export for your accountant. It is cost tracking, not accounting software — no double entry, no bank reconciliation.
Incidents and ejections
File incident and ejection reports with an escalation notice, review them in a queue that keeps facts and opinion apart, and apply eligibility holds that count down on games actually played. None of it is ever public.
Public league site
A world-visible site with your schedule, standings, statistics and teams, your news posts, pages such as rules and directions, and your sponsors, plus a subscribable calendar feed. Families read it without an account and without an app.
League messaging
Messages that reach every player and coach, by division or by team, by email and in the Reply1 app, with the count on each channel shown before you send. Texting is an optional add-on for leagues on a paid plan: billed at cost with no markup, and only to people who agreed to your league's texts.
Roles and members
Custom roles on a permission matrix, member management, and owner transfer — so a board handover is a settings change, not a password handover.
Guided setup
A setup checklist derived from your actual records, deep-linking each unfinished step to the screen that finishes it.
What we have not built
Everything above ships today. These do not, and we would rather you knew before you moved a season onto us.
- Standalone tournament management beyond the season brackets described above
- Custom domains for your public league site
- Card and bank payments through Reply1 Payments — coming soon; league fees run on your own payment apps today
- A dedicated league app — the league office runs on the web, and players and coaches get league messages by email and in the Reply1 app
See it on a real season
Every league on Reply1 publishes a world-visible site with its schedule, standings, statistics and teams — no account, no app. That page is the same data your league office works from.
