Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 2025 | Last Updated: 07/05/2026

Introduction

Reply1 Sports Technology ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

Collection of Your Information

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes:

Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the site or our mobile application, or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the site and our services.

Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:

  • Create and manage your account

    • Process payments and refunds

      • Send you a welcome email or SMS message

        • Notify you of updates to the product

          • Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Site

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

IMPORTANT: SMS/Mobile Privacy Clause

Notwithstanding the above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Policy for Children

Reply1 Sports Technology provides team-management tools for youth and amateur sports, and our platform is intended to be used by adults — coaches, team or organization administrators, and parents or legal guardians. The Site and our services are directed to these adults and are not directed to, or marketed directly to, children.

Because our platform supports youth sports, it may contain personal information about minors (such as a player's name, phone number, or email address). We do not knowingly collect this information directly from children. Instead, information about a minor is provided to us by, or entered at the direction of, an adult — typically the child's parent or legal guardian, or a coach, team, or organization administrator acting on the team's behalf. By providing a minor's information, that adult represents that they are authorized to do so and, where the adult is a parent or legal guardian, consents to our collection and use of that information as described in this Privacy Policy. We rely on the inviting or authorizing adult to obtain any necessary parental or guardian consent before a minor's information is added.

A parent or legal guardian may review the personal information we hold about their child, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it and stop further collection. To do so, contact your child's team or organization administrator, or contact us directly using the contact information provided below. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us without appropriate parental or guardian consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, similar tracking technologies, and analytics tools to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Site is used.

Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-433YY3KPQW), a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects usage and interaction data (such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and session activity), device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This information helps us measure traffic, improve the Site, and diagnose problems. Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf; for more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and its "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page.

Google Fonts and Google Maps: Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and mapping or address-lookup features from Google Maps. When these load in your browser, your device connects directly to Google's servers, and Google may receive your IP address and standard request information as part of delivering those resources.

Your choices: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and you can install Google's browser opt-out tools to limit Google Analytics. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. See the "Controls for Do-Not-Track Features" section below for how we handle DNT signals.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in other states (for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah). These rights may include:

  • Right to know / access: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

    • Right to delete: Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.

      • Right to correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

        • Right to opt out of sale or sharing: Direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law.

          • Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

            • Authorized agent: You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to our verifying the agent's authority and your identity.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties. If we ever engage in "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by law, you may opt out by contacting us using the details below.

How to exercise your rights: To submit a request, email us at support@reply1.app with the nature of your request. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request; if we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will let you know. There is generally no charge to exercise these rights.

Service Providers & Sub-Processors

To operate the Site and our services, we rely on trusted third-party service providers and sub-processors. These providers process personal information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. Key providers include:

  • Twilio — sends and delivers SMS text messages, including message delivery and related status information.

    • Helcim, PayPal, and Venmo — process payments and related transactions.

      • Uploadthing — hosts and stores files that you or your team upload (such as images and documents).

        • Google — provides Gemini AI, which we use to interpret and understand the content of inbound SMS replies; Google Analytics for usage analytics; and Google Maps and Google Fonts for mapping, address lookup, and fonts.

          • Expo, Apple Push Notification service (APNs), and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — deliver push notifications to your mobile device.

            • Supabase — provides database hosting for our application data.

              • Render — provides application and web hosting for our services.

These providers may change over time as we improve our services. We enter into agreements with our providers that require them to protect personal information and to use it only as needed to provide services to us.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account or your team's account is active and for as long as we need it to provide our services to you. We also retain information as needed to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to prevent fraud and abuse, and for other legitimate operational purposes.

When your account is deleted, or when you or an authorized adult requests deletion of personal information, we will delete or de-identify (anonymize) the associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it. Some information may remain in routine backups for a limited time before it is overwritten, and de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained and used without further notice.
