FOR LEAGUES

Run Your League on Reply1

Scheduling, registration, rosters, scores from every team, standings, statistics, league history, officials, fees and incident reports — with a public league site your teams and families can read without an account. Every member club gets an included Reply1 Starter membership — one team, push and email delivery, no SMS — while your league plan is live.

League and conference operators

You run the season: teams, schedule, officials, standings, fees and discipline. You create a Reply1 account and the league portal is yours.

Club managers whose club is not on Reply1

Your league adds you and emails you an activation link. Set a password and you are in — from then on you sign in with a code we email you instead of typing your password. No subscription of your own: you see your team's schedule and the standings, keep your roster, and report your scores and stats.

A league office, in one place

Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a preview.

Schedule generation

Build a season schedule from a saved configuration — round-robin or pool play — review it, then publish. The publish confirmation tells you exactly who gets notified before anything sends.

Double-entry scores

Every team reports its own result — from its games page, the Reply1 team app or a one-tap link in the after-game email. Matching reports settle themselves and never reach you; only genuine mismatches land in an admin queue. Overriding a score requires a written reason that stays on the record.

Standings

Computed server-side with per-sport tiebreak rules and division tables. What your league office sees is the same table the public site publishes — there is no second copy to keep in sync.

Officials

An officials roster with game assignments and evaluations. Averages appear only once an official has three rated games, and confidential comments are restricted to officials managers.

League fees

Collect league fees on your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle at a 0% platform fee, with a due → claimed → paid or waived lifecycle. The money moves between you and the club; it never touches Reply1. Card and bank payments through Reply1 Payments are coming soon.

Public league site

A world-visible site with your schedule, standings, statistics and teams, your news posts, pages such as rules and directions, and your sponsors, plus a subscribable calendar feed. Families read it without an account and without an app.

Your clubs get a membership included

While your league subscription is live, every member club carries an included Reply1 Starter team membership — one team, push and email delivery, no SMS. If the league plan lapses or is cancelled, member clubs keep it for another 14 days before it ends.

Included, not billed

Member clubs are not asked for a card for the Starter membership your plan grants them. A club that wants a second team, or texting, upgrades its own plan.

14 days after a lapse

A missed payment does not switch your clubs off the same day. They keep the granted membership for 14 days.

Clubs without an account still work

A club with no Reply1 team is a shell team in your league. You add its manager, Reply1 emails them an activation link, they set a password, and afterwards they sign in with an emailed code to see the schedule and standings, keep their roster and report their scores.

Email and push first, texts when you choose

League announcements, schedule publications and rainouts reach every player and coach by email, push notification and the in-app bell, with the count on each channel shown before you send. Texting is an optional add-on for leagues on a paid plan, yearly or monthly: texts come from your league's own number, reach only people who agreed to your league's texts, and are billed at cost with no markup under a monthly limit you set.

Reply1's SMS product belongs to the team layer, where a coach is texting one roster — and it is a paid team plan, not part of the Starter membership your league grants its clubs. A club that wants to text its roster upgrades its own plan.
