League plans are priced per year by how many teams you carry, and every plan has every feature. Rather pay monthly? Every plan is also billed monthly at a tenth of the yearly price. Member clubs are never asked to pay for the Starter membership your plan grants them — one team, push and email delivery, no SMS — and players and families are never charged to view your public league site.

Prices are per league, in US dollars. Yearly plans renew each year and monthly plans each month until you cancel; cancel any time and you keep what you paid for through the end of the period.

Questions leagues ask first
How is a league plan billed?
By the year — that is the list price. Every plan can also be billed monthly at a tenth of the yearly price, so paying yearly saves two months. Cancel any time and you keep what you paid for through the end of the period.
What is the founding rate?
Leagues that start a plan by March 31, 2027 — or switch to Reply1 by then — pay the founding rate, locked in through the 2028 season: $149 a year for up to 12 teams, $249 a year for 13-24 teams, $399 a year for 25-40 teams, or a tenth of that a month.
We're switching from another platform. What does it cost to move?
Nothing. Your first season on Reply1 is free, and we do the move for you — your teams, seasons, schedules, results and stats come over from your current site. Your plan bills nothing until your free season ends; you choose your plan then. The one exception is optional league texting: once a plan is chosen and texting is turned on, it is billed at cost each month.
What happens to my clubs if the league plan lapses?
Member clubs keep the Starter membership your plan grants them — one team, push and email delivery, no SMS — for 14 days after a lapse or a cancellation, then it ends unless the plan is restarted.
Does Reply1 take a cut of our league fees?
No. League fees run on your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle at a 0% platform fee. The money moves between your league and the club — Reply1 never receives, holds, or processes it. Card and bank payments through Reply1 Payments are coming soon.
Can players and teams register and pay on our site?
Yes. Registration forms on your public site take players, free agents and teams, with your own questions, a waiver signed as they register, and a fee with early-bird prices and discount codes. Registrants pay with the payment methods you list and tell you when they have paid; you approve each registration before anyone joins a roster.
Can we take our data with us?
Your league's data is yours. The league owner or an administrator can download everything your league put into Reply1 — seasons, games and results, standings, every stat line, rosters, registrations, fees and payments, site pages, news and champions — as spreadsheet files, any time, on every plan, at no charge.
Do member clubs need their own Reply1 subscription?
No. A club already on Reply1 keeps its team; a club that is not on Reply1 is a shell team in your league. You add its manager and Reply1 emails them an activation link. They set a password and they are in — afterwards they sign in with an emailed code instead of a password to see the schedule and standings, keep their roster, and report their scores and stats.
Does the league product send text messages?
Only if you add texting. League messages go by email, push notification and the in-app bell. A league on a paid plan, yearly or monthly, can turn on texting from its own number: texts reach only the players and coaches who agreed to your league's texts, are billed at cost with no markup every month — with a monthly plan's charge, or on their own on a yearly plan — and stop for the month at a limit you set. Reply1's SMS product for a club's own team belongs to the team layer, on a paid team plan — the Starter membership your league grants its clubs includes no SMS and no dedicated number.
